Delete your Drox account
Drox is the loyalty-card app for customers and businesses in Kurdistan and Iraq, on Google Play and the App Store. You can ask us to delete your Drox account and the data linked to it at any time, whether you use Android or iPhone, and whether it is a customer or a business account.
How to request deletion
- Message us through @drox.cards on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.
- Write “Delete my Drox account” and the email address of the Google or Apple account you sign in to Drox with.
- We confirm the request with you, then delete your account and its data within 30 days. We tell you when it is done.
Data we delete
- Your account: name, email address and the ID of the Google or Apple account you sign in with.
- Your profile: city, avatar, invitation code and who invited you.
- Your loyalty activity: cards you joined, stamps, rewards, gifts, points, streaks and medals.
- Your devices: device IDs, device names and notification tokens.
Data we keep
Nothing that identifies you. A business can keep anonymous totals for its own cards (for example, how many rewards were redeemed in a month) with no name or email attached. Copies in our backups are overwritten within 30 days.
Business accounts
Deleting a business account also removes the business profile, its branches, loyalty cards and offers from the app, so customers can no longer see or collect them.
On iPhone
You can also go to Settings → Delete account in the Drox app. This signs you out and closes the account straight away; to have the data erased as well, send us the request above.
